These terms apply to your use of this website and to the vehicle information shown on it. By using the site you accept them.
Vehicle information
- We take care to describe every car accurately, but specifications, extras, mileage, service history and warranty details must be confirmed with our sales team before you buy. Photographs may show optional equipment.
- Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. They exclude licensing, registration and on-the-road fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; a car is only sold once an offer to purchase is signed and a deposit or full payment has been received.
- A car marked "Reserved" is held for another buyer and may become available again. "Price on application" (POA) means the price is available from our sales team.
- Stock moves quickly. A car shown on the site may already be sold; we will tell you as soon as possible if that is the case.
Finance estimates
Monthly figures and calculator results are estimates for illustration only, worked out from the deposit, term, balloon and interest rate shown. They exclude initiation and service fees, insurance and extras. Finance is offered by banks and finance houses, is subject to their credit approval and the National Credit Act, and the actual rate depends on your credit profile.
Trade-ins and offers
Trade-in figures and offers given from the details and photos you send are provisional. They are confirmed after a physical inspection of the car and its documents at our showroom, and may change if the car differs from the description.
Test drives
Test drives are confirmed by our team. You must hold a valid driver's licence, which we will ask to see, and accompanied drives may apply.
New cars and service bookings
New BAIC and JAC prices, warranties, service plans and offers are set by the manufacturers and may change without notice; the dealer confirms them on your offer to purchase. Service bookings made online are requests until the workshop confirms the date and time.
Use of the site
The content, photographs and design of this site belong to Robsmail Motor Group or its licensors (manufacturer photographs belong to BAIC and JAC). Do not copy or reuse them without permission. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
